Firefighters were called to the 1700 block of West Boulevard in the Malaga section of Franklin Township at 8:57 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 11, according to township police.
Three residents were trapped in the fully involved two-story dwelling, police said.
A 77-year-old man and 76-year-old woman were airlifted to burn centers in Philadelphia, while a 31-year-old man was taken by ambulance to Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland, Pennsylvania, police said.
All three were listed in critical condition Tuesday morning.
The Gloucester County Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause of the fire.
